I personally handle every cartoon order and all special topic searches. Artwork is delivered in a digital format, to your exact specifications. I promise delivery, during the business week, within 24 hours of the order.

Purchasing cartoons:

The first step is to contact me. We'll talk about your publication, your cartoon needs and agree on an appropriate rate structure.
Next, I'll send you the Veley Cartoon Starter Kit, a catalogue (on CD) of hundreds of cartoons, sorted by the categories you're interested in, along with any special-topic cartoons you may request.
When you're ready to order publishable cartoon art, contact me.

Approved or established clients are E-mailed the cartoon art with an invoice which they may pay with check or money order.
New clients: payment must accompany order. I accept credit card payments through Pay Pal, an internationally recognized, secure online payment service provider. For more information, visit www.paypal.com.

Cartoon file formats:

Cartoons are usually shipped as 300dpi JPEGs. I can, however, prepare and send art in just about any other format or specification. Contact me for higher resolution or custom-formatted art.

Important legal stuff:

Copyright ownership and legal rights to all cartoon artwork is retained by me (except for custom caricature art, which is wholly owned by the customer).
